Estelle and her crew prepped my home for a large party. They took not one short cut. They went above and beyond and cleaned everything. (Even the stubborn build ups in the oven and under the burner.) They bathtubs have never looked better. They did everything no one ever gets around to, base boards, light fixtures, vent covers, dusted the ceiling, the chrome was polished, top and under the high up cabinets, fronts and backs of doers, and so on. They were fantastic. Estelle was very easy to talk to; her crew was effective and efficient. She was very encouraging to one of her new hires. My favorite part was their cleaners smell so clean! It went exceptionally well... not only did she provide us the basic cleaning expected, she was able to use her knowledge and experience to get out stains that were impossible. (for example, melted crayon on carpet, a stove and oven that was caked with grime, filthy flooring that was stained under the washing machine from oils, and pet stained carpets, etc...) She performed exceptional detailed cleaning from the stoves to the floors, windows, and bathrooms. She even stayed longer than planned to make sure the job was well done. We had our walk through with inspection and passed the very first time... the inspector even commented on how clean it was compared to how others leave their homes (military housing). All in all, we are very pleased with her performance and plan to use her services in the future. Lisa
